Billing Practices

Our billing process is meticulously designed to be as straightforward and transparent as possible, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the charges associated with your neurological care. Before each appointment, we provide you with a cost estimate for your visit based on your in-network insurance benefits or our out of network rates. We can also provide you with an itemized invoice after your visit, detailing the services rendered and their fees, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

At the time of service, we collect your copays, coinsurance and any portion of the fees taht fal within your deductible for the year, as detailed by your insurance plan. Our dedicated billing team is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns about your invoice, ensuring you have the information you need to manage your healthcare expenses confidently.

In addition, we handle the insurance claims submission process on your behalf, working directly with your insurance provider to streamline your experience and minimize any administrative burden. This allows you to focus on what truly matters—your health and well-being—while we take care of the paperwork and claims management.

Participating Insurance Carriers

Aetna: We are proud to be an in-network provider for Aetna. We will handle the claims submission process and work directly with Aetna to ensure your covered services are processed efficiently.
Medicare: We are pleased to be a participating provider for Medicare. Our team will take care of the claims submission process to ensure that your covered services are processed smoothly and efficiently.
Medicaid: We currently do not accept Medicaid plans. We encourage you to explore alternative options or consider our self-pay rates and payment plans for your neurological care needs.
Commercial PPO Plans: We work with most PPO insurance plans as out-of-network providers and utilize out-of-network benefits to cover a significant portion of our fees. Although we may be out-of-network for your PPO plan, your insurance will generally cover treatment and testing, such as medications, infusions, MRIs, and blood tests, among others. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits and coverage details.
Commercial HMO/EPO Plans: We do not accept HMO or EPO plans. If you have an HMO or EPO plan, we encourage you to explore alternative options or consider our self-pay rates and payment plans for your neurological care needs.
Self-Pay Rates: We offer competitive self-pay rates for patients without insurance or who prefer not to use their insurance coverage. Our current self-pay rates are:

Payment Plans

Pay-Later or Pay-in-4: To help alleviate financial stress, we offer Pay-Later or Pay-in-4 plans in partnership with Affirm or Klarna, two leading payment solutions providers. The Pay in 4 plan allows you to split the cost of your consultation and treatment into four interest-free installments, providing you with a more manageable and budget-friendly payment option. This flexibility ensures you can access the care you need without compromising your financial stability.

Financial Assistance: Moreover, we provide financial assistance options for patients facing economic challenges, in the form of long-term payment plans. Our team is more than willing to discuss your individual financial needs and work with you to find a suitable payment solution tailored to your circumstances.
